The CAST-A-WAY name is synonymous with quality, professionalism, and dedication within the cruise line industry. Since 1998 CAST-A-WAY has continuously provided the industry with the highest quality crew, on-board crew, and land-based staff for resorts.


We love recruiting for major cruise lines, concessionaires, and resorts, and we will always go above and beyond to meet our clients' expectations. It's part of our core values to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. 


CAST-A-WAY  started in Canada and only hired for the entertainment and hotel divisions, but in the years since we have rebranded the company as a global organization and expanded our "wings" into all continents, and we increased the team of four to forty-two staff, otherwise known as the  CAST-A-WAY Family.


CAST-A-WAY  is currently launching Cast-A-Way Academy, a project in progress to deliver Top Training to Top Candidates who want to be ahead of the game and become better hospitality professionals through continuous education.

SERVICES

Cast-A-Way may offer OPTIONAL services at a fee. These OPTIONAL services are not required to seek employment with our clients. Crew members can opt-in if they wish to have the added service. There remains no charge for the application, the application process, selection, interview, or job offer with each client. 


Cast-A-Way Academy will also offer online training at crew members' discretion, shall they choose to invest in their education and knowledge to contribute to their career success.  It is an OPTIONAL service as well.

CAST-A-WAY Cruise and Resort Hiring Agency opened its first franchise in 2004 with CAST-A-WAY UK. Since then, we have opened franchises in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Mauritius, Peru, and Indonesia.


Our focus is global expansion, and we are always looking for options to join forces with enthusiastic and ambitious entrepreneurs passionate about the cruise line industry.


An ideal candidate for a CAST-A-WAY franchise is someone who has worked onboard cruise ships and understands ship life and the e industry's demands on its crew members. Also, a franchisee has to be someone who still loves the industry and has always wanted to run their own business while keeping their feet on solid ground!
