Adam Shen
With four-years of experience onboard, Adam Shen worked for two cruise lines respectively, Island cruises and Star Cruises. Shortly after joining Star Cruises, he was promoted to a management position. In 2004, he ended his career on cruise ships and worked in cruise line recruitment in China. During the next 5 years, as a recruiter and crewing manager, he was responsible for international crew recruitment and dispatch and has accumulated a lot of related work experience.
In 2009, he then decided to further his education, so he came to Canada and completed a diploma in Human Resources. Upon completion he has taken on the exciting venture of opening his own business and operating a Cast-A-Way office .Along with his partner Mr Li who has management experience with Hengli Agency who have many years experience exporting labour to various countries and who have an excellent reputation in China.
